The order cut off depends on your location’s delivery day. Please click here to view more information.

We will always do our best to include your order for the next closest delivery day however if we are unable to include your order, your meals will be delivered on the next delivery day.

Subscriptions

Step 1: Log into your account and click ‘My Account’.
Step 2: Click ‘Manage Subscription’ on the left side of the screen.
Step 3: Click ‘Manage’ and then ‘Product Qty’ from the drop down.
Step 4: Click the garbage bin icon next to any meal you would like to remove from your order and then click update.
Step 5: Your order will then update and take you back the home page in ‘Manage Subscription’.
Step 6: Click ‘Back to Store’ to add items to your order or simply log out if you’re finished.
Step 7: After you have clicked ‘Back To Store’ click ‘Ordering & Menu’
Step 8 & 9: Here you will see ‘Add to subscription’ under each meal. Click Add to subscription on any meal you would like added to your order. A popup will open click ‘add’.
Step 10: You will see the below message appear after you have added an item to your order. Click the ‘X’ in the top right corner to continue adding items to your order OR click ‘View Order’ to view your order.
Step 11 & 12: After you have added all items to your order and clicked ‘View Order’, click ‘Manage’ and then ‘Product Qty’. Here you will see the final items in the cart, if you’re happy with your order you can log out. Your order will automatically processed at 3am the day before delivery, there is no need to checkout manually.
 

Payment

We currently accept all major credit cards, paypal and bank transfer.

We are unable to process your order for delivery if your account has insufficient funds.

We deliver to all of Vancouver and lower mainland, we have intentions to deliver to Abbotsford in the near future. For more information click here.

Home delivery & location pickups are FREE Vancouver wide!

Please provide instructions in your order to make delivery as easy as possible for our driver.

You can pick up your order from any of the locations listed here.

No you do not, if you are going to miss your delivery you can leave a cooler by the door for our driver to leave the meals in.

Meals

Your meals will last 7-9 days in the fridge. Please make sure to check the expiry as these may differ for each meal.

All of our meals are vacuum sealed, this removes the oxygen from the container which extends the shelf life.

We are proud to say all of our meals are 100% preservative free and our meat is hormone and antibiotic free.

We recommend eating our meals while they are still fresh, however if you don't get around to eating your meals before the expiry date, they can be frozen.

We have a vegan menu which can be found here. For any specific allergy concerns or custom meals please chat to us via the live chat or send an email.

Please note that our meals are packed and portioned according to weight and quantity/pieces shown in images may vary.

We have 3 different sized meals available. Standard meals will have approximately 350-450 calories per meal, medium meals 450-550 calories per meal and large meals 550-700 calories per meal.

1 large meal is equivalent to 2 small meals. We generally recommend males eat a large meal and females small or medium depending on your goals.

We like to change things up at Movement Food, so our creative chefs aim to introduce new meals every few weeks so that you always have something new to try! We also have a menu overhaul each season with many amazing new meals!
