We have managed to keep our prices the same for 3 years, however throughout the pandemic in the last 12-18 months we have experienced price increases from all of our suppliers multiple times, in particular produce, our trays, and paper (all of North America
is currently experiencing a paper shortage). Unfortunately we have no choice but to increase our prices slightly. We have also increased the minimum order to $89 to cover our bases with FedEx shipping. We appreciate your understanding and support.

All Movement orders are shipped via the carrier FedEx.

Please provide instructions (buzzer number etc.) in your order to make delivery as easy as possible for FedEx.

We currently have no pick-up locations available. If you are unable to receive your FedEx order and the driver has deemed it unsafe to leave your order at your address, your order will be taken to the nearest FedEx location. If you receive this notification we recommend picking up your order ASAP, FedEx locations are not refrigerated.

No you do not, if you are going to miss your delivery and FedEx deems it safe to do so, they will leave your order at your door/porch/lobby in our insulated boxes. The meals will be okay in the box for a number of hours. We don’t recommend leaving the box out past 8pm.

Your meals will last 7-9 days in the fridge. Please make sure to check the expiry as these may differ for each meal. We recommend eating any meals with salad in the first half of the week.

All of our meals are vacuum sealed, this removes the oxygen from the container which extends the shelf life.

We are proud to say all of our meats are 100% preservative, hormone and antibiotic free. They're also halal!

We recommend eating our meals while they are still fresh, however if you don't get around to eating your meals before the expiry date, they can be frozen for up to 3 months.

We have a vegan menu which can be found here. For any specific allergy concerns or custom meals please chat to us via the live chat or send an email.

Please note that our meals are packed and portioned according to weight and quantity. Items and props shown in images may vary.

We have 3 different sized meals available.

  • Standard meals will have approximately 350-450 calories per meal
    • Medium meals 450-550 calories per meal
      • Large meals 550-700 calories per meal.

1 large meal is equivalent to 2 small meals. We generally recommend males eat a large meal and females small or medium depending on your goals.

We like to change things up at Movement Food, so our creative chefs aim to introduce new meals every few weeks so that you always have something new to try! We also have a menu overhaul each season with many amazing new meals!

Seasonal changes result in certain vegetables not being available year round at an affordable cost. Due to this we will always aim to have the listed vegetables in your meals, however they may change seasonally.

FedEx Shipping Update

You can now have your order delivered on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday OR Saturday regardless of your zone in Vancouver BC! We have also switched our packaging to temperature controlled, insulated, 100% recyclable boxes. YAY less plastic!

The Details;
Going forward all deliveries will be shipped via FedEx Standard Overnight shipping. Note; this is not overnight from the time you order, this is overnight from the day FedEx picks up your order from Movement Food HQ.

Why did Movement Food switch to FedEx?
In order for us to provide high-quality, reliable service, guarantee your order will be received, and service more areas in BC and eventually Canada-wide, we had to move our deliveries to a 3rd party with 100s of delivery drivers in their fleet.

What is the cost?
The shipping cost varies depending on your location, on average shipping is ($10-$20) except for Saturday. FedEx charges a surcharge to deliver on Saturday; this is approximately $25 + shipping.

When are orders due?
Order by 11:59pm Saturday to receive your delivery by 5pm on Tuesday.
Order by 11:59pm Sunday to receive your delivery by 5pm on Wednesday.
Order by 11:59pm Monday to receive your delivery by 5pm on Thursday.
Order by 11:59pm Tuesday to receive your delivery by 5pm on Friday.
Order by 11:59pm Wednesday to receive your delivery by 5pm on Saturday.

When Do We Go Live?
The last delivery day on the current delivery schedule will be Saturday July 3rd. The new schedule will be effective the week of July 5th. (First order deadline 11:59pm Saturday July 3rd for July 6th delivery).

What about subscription orders?
We will automatically update your shipping on your subscription order and contact you if you typically receive a Saturday delivery.
