How long will my meals last for?
  • Movement Food meals have an average shelf life of 5 days in the fridge. We do recommend eating any meals with fish within the first 3 days. 
Can I freeze my Movement Food meals?
  • Yes you can, we recommend that your meals are consumed fresh while they hold their highest nutritional qualities, however, if you would like to purchase 12 meals or more and have them delivered in one go, you can freeze half.
What happens if I have food allergies?
  • Our chefs take the highest care to keep allergy prone ingredients out of certain meals, however, they may still be present as all of our products are produced in the same kitchen. We suggest that you check each meal ingredient thoroughly before consumption.

Do Movement Food cater for specific dietary requirements?
  • We endeavor to cover a wide range of dietary requirements, let us know how we can help and we will tailor a solution to you!
Will I receive exactly what is shown in the images?
  • Please note that our meals are packed and portioned according to weight and that quantity/pieces shown in images may vary.
Will I get bored of the meals?
  • We like to change things up at Movement Food, so our creative chefs usually introduce a new meal every week so that you always have something new to try!

How do I order?
  • Browse our online menu to view this week 6 selections and select your meal size and numbers here If you have any questions at all, try our live chat!
Is there a minimum order?
  • Our Minimum order is 6 meals

Will my order be split over Wednesday and Sunday?

  • Purchase 12 meals or more to have your order split over 2 deliveries/drop-offs (free once a week for monthly | flat rate weekly)
When do I have to order by & when is delivery?
  • Orders are due in by Monday 7 PM for Wednesday Delivery and Friday 7 PM for Sunday Delivery.

What happens if I place an order after cut off?
  • We will process your order for the next closest delivery day, which will be the following Wednesday or Sunday.
  • It's important that you let us know in your delivery notes if you’d specifically like your order to be delivered for the following week.
How do I select my meals on monthly orders?

PAYMENT



How do I pay?
  • At the checkout, you will be asked to enter your details for payment online through. We accept VISA, MasterCard and AMEX debit/credit cards, BITCOIN and payment via Interac.
What if my payment is declined?
  • We are unable to process your order for delivery if your account has insufficient funds.

Where does Movement Food deliver?
  • We offer Vancouver wide delivery to your Home or Work!
  • Movement Food also delivers to 12 FREE pick-up locations around Vancouver that can be viewed here.
How much is home/office delivery?
  • Delivery is FREE for all monthly customers! (once per week)  Pay $5 per week to have orders over 12+ meals delivered over 2 days Wed/Sun.
  • For single orders delivery, a $10 flat rate is available for the below YVR district. 
    When do I have to order by & when is delivery?
    • Orders are due in by Monday 7 PM for Wednesday Delivery and Friday 7 PM for Sunday Delivery.

    Do I need to be home to receive delivery?
    • You will be contacted by our driver the night before via text to confirm your rough delivery time.
    • If you can't be home to receive your delivery you can leave a cooler outside your place with sufficient space and our driver will fill it with your food. (we are not responsible for food once left at your premises, you will receive a text with a photo after delivery)
    What if I live in a gated complex or high-rise building?
    • Please leave delivery notes with instructions on how to enter the complex, such as a code or buzzer, or if it is okay to leave your order at the reception. (Food cannot be left un-cooled for more than 2 hours)

    • Yes! You can purchase Movement Food from the following retailers ⬇️
    I didn't receive exactly what I ordered.
    • The Movement Food team is great at packing the thousands of meals we send out each week, however, please email us or give us a call on 778 227 0839 if there are any issues with the order you've received. We do also update our menu occasionally outside of season changes, so if you are missing an item, it may no longer be available and have been replaced with a different meal.
